Responsibilities
* Act as a trusted advisor for business partners, focusing on Red Hat Enterprise Software solutions, including Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, and the Ansible Automation Platform.
* Support partners in leveraging the full potential of Red Hat technologies to market and grow their offerings.
* Manage all phases of the sales cycle, combining technical expertise with sales acumen.
* Stay up to date on the latest Red Hat innovations and drive ongoing education and enablement for partners.
* Play a key role in advancing the digital transformation journeys of our partners.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to expand our footprint and build strategic relationships in Suisse Romandie.
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training in retail or business administration and several years of experience in sales or technical roles; training in marketing or business economics is a plus.
* Solid understanding of IT distribution and experience with Open Source and hybrid cloud technologies or Red Hat solutions such as OpenShift, Ansible Automation, cloud platforms, orchestration, or virtualization.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to set priorities and stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and passion for customer interaction and vendor relations.
* Fluent in French and English; German is a clear plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or ERP system experience is a plus.
