* Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on investment properties across Switzerland
* Provide support to the Geneva-based team in executing transaction processes from the Zurich office
* Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentations
* Project management across entire real estate project cycle
* Market, location analysis of properties and property portfolios
* Advice and consult on project developments for real estate
* Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer
* Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events
* Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer
IHR PROFIL
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or a related field
* 2–5 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage and transaction management
* Effective networker with an established professional network in the real estate industry
* Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking in a connected, holistic manner
* Excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible
* Fluent in German with excellent command of French and English
