Must be able to blend project management expertise with technical, functional, and stakeholder management skills. /ppStrong payroll consultant experience highly desired. /ppRequirements /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliWork directly with our clients to oversee large-scale implementations /liliMaintain timelines, implementation milestones, scope and deliverables for multiple projects /liliBudgeting, communicating statuses with clients and communication plans /liliServe as the primary liaison between the client, project team and AspireHR /liliConduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source /liliLead an internal project team, monitor team tasks and progress based on agreed timelines /liliMonitor all lifecycle project deliverables to ensure quality is maintained /liliMonitor progress and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget /liliCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and reports /li /ulpstrongRequired Qualifications /strong /pulliBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must /lili5+ years of Project Management experience (that doesn’t mind serving as a program lead in conjunction with third – party vendors) /liliDemonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules /liliExperience managing project teams and/or outside vendors across multiple locations and geographies /liliDynamic project leader and team player with strong commitment and drive to accomplish individual and team tasks and goals /liliAbility to multitask, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision /liliProfessional presentation and communication skills (both written oral) /liliDemonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules /liliAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality /liliStrong analytical and persuasive skills /liliStrong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability /liliAbility to cope with multi-tasking, working independently and as a team /liliMust be a team player; always working towards win/win relationships, with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment /liliAmbitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlines /liliSelf-guided person able to work in a changing environment /liliAble to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal /liliWilling to travel and work within customer workplaces (pre-planned) /li /ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications /strong /pulliExperience with projects in the SuccessFactors SaaS space /liliKnowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in more than one talent module, in addition to Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central preferred /liliAt least 3 years hands-on experience being a Project Manager on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations /liliSkilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
