Salary: CHF 115’000 - 135’000 per year Requirements: 4 years of hands-on experience in information/cyber-security, ideally in complex IT or cloud environments. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, FINMA circulars). Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), SIEM tools, and incident response methodologies. Excellent communication skills in both German and English. Responsibilities: Own and continuously improve the organization's security strategy, policies, and technical defense processes in line with industry standards. Manage security incident detection, response, and recovery processes. Lead risk assessments, audit preparation, and compliance initiatives across systems and vendors. Drive continuous improvement of security infrastructure and tooling (e.g., SIEM, threat intelligence, monitoring platforms).
