Salary: CHF 115'000 - 135'000 per year
Requirements
* 4+ years of hands‑on experience in information/cyber‑security, ideally in complex IT or cloud environments.
* Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, FINMA circulars).
* Experience with Security Operations Centers (SOC), SIEM tools, and incident response methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Responsibilities
* Own and continuously improve the organization’s security strategy, policies, and technical defense processes in line with industry standards.
* Manage security incident detection, response, and recovery processes.
* Lead risk assessments, audit preparation, and compliance initiatives across systems and vendors.
* Drive continuous improvement of security infrastructure and tooling (e.g., SIEM, threat intelligence, monitoring platforms).
