Your mission:
1. Act as the direct point of contact for our clients and play a key role in the continuity and quality of our software solutions
2. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents in collaboration with our teams and clients
3. Monitor the proper functioning of applications, fix anomalies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions
4. Prepare and provide clients with regular reports (errors, incidents, usage, security)
5. Document and maintain the technical knowledge base
6. Develop and maintain solutions with our project teams, applying development best practices and participating in code reviews
Your qualifications:
7. A minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and application support
8. Solid experience with IT support management processes and tools (ITSM)
9. Proven experience in Java and the Spring framework
10. Good knowledge of databases and SQL
11. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
12. Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps culture
13. Proficiency working under Linux via command line, including log extraction, service administration, and application configuration
14. Experience with web technologies such as TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, Angular, or React is a plus
15. Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus
