Responsibilities
* Support business and private customers of our partner both on-site and remotely.
* Resolve hardware and software issues on Windows-based systems and find suitable solutions for each challenge.
* Use your expertise to advise our partner's customers competently, personally, and reliably.
* Actively support our partner's team in maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
* Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, or a comparable qualification.
* Work efficiently, independently, and think entrepreneurially.
* Well-versed in network environments (client/server environment).
* Possess a valid driver's license and communicate confidently and courteously with customers.
