Manpower For our client in Geneva, we are looking for an Executive assistant Your mission : - Manage scheduling for the company executive committee - Draft, review and send communications - Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings - Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the director - Prioritize emails and respond when necessary - Coordinate travel arrangements - Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s) Your profile : - 3-5 years experience in supporting an executive team - Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and strong knowledge of Excel) - Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills - Excellent organization and time-management skills - Excellent level in English and French, German is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Time-management skills - Ability to pay attention to detail - Organization skills, ability to multitask - Microsoft Office - Interpersonal skills Interested ?
