You will guide artists from the first demo to a fully realized launch, aligning creative visions with company goals. /p h3A Little Bit About Our Team /h3 pThe Mexican Music team passionately signs new talent in one of the fastest‑growing genres, aiming to reach new audiences worldwide. We collaborate creatively and strategically, constantly learning and experimenting as a collaborative team. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs the Manager of AR for Mexican Music, you will be at the forefront of identifying and shaping the future of our roster and catalogue. You will have the opportunity to grow alongside our incredible artists, guiding their artistic journey from the very first demo to a fully realized launch. /p h3Here You’ll Get To /h3 ul liSearch, negotiate, and sign promising new talents and content in the Mexican music scene. /li liAccompany new artists in the creation of fresh content, including songwriting sessions, production, and video recordings. /li liGenerate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with industry creatives—producers, songwriters, engineers, and editors—to facilitate amazing creative output. /li liSupervise the quality and relevance of the content delivered by our artists, ensuring it aligns with our marketing strategy. /li liProudly present new artists and their content to other areas across the company. /li liMaintain a fluid and clear relationship with artist managers in the marketing department to ensure strategies are aligned. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience in AR or similar roles within the music industry, specifically focused on Mexican music. /li liFluent in both English and Spanish. /li liDeep understanding of the Mexican music landscape and passion for discovering new talent. /li liForward thinker who embraces a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills. /li liEnjoy working collaboratively to solve problems and drive successful project outcomes. /li /ul h3We’d Love It If You Also Had /h3 ul liA bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Production, Sound Engineering, or Music Business. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pWMG is committed to inclusion and diversity in all aspects of our business.
