We’re growing and looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team and help deliver outstanding technical support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support for technical questions related to Huawei Smart PV products
* Identify issues, propose solutions, and track progress
* Activate integral support (e.g., elevate to second level if needed)
* Communicate with customers in writing and by phone
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support
Requirements:
* Degree from a University of Applied Sciences, higher education in Electrical Engineering, or an apprenticeship in an electrical field
* Background or strong interest in power electronics (e.g., inverters and battery storage systems) and solid IT know-how
* Ideally some front- and/or back-office experience
* Strong communication skills in Italian and English. German is an advantage
* Confidence in customer service situations
