With adaptability, integrity, and dedication to excellence, we inspire each other to dream bigger, achieve more, and grow together.Your profileCurious and forward-thinking, you embrace innovation and collaborate inclusively across diverse teams, with openness and teamwork coming naturally to you.Hospitality is at your core, warm, attentive, and professionally presented, you place others’ wellbeing first and approach every task with a positive, proactive attitude.In everything you do, you stay focused on quality and align your daily work with our broader company goals, contributing to shared success.Your ResponsibilitiesDeliver active, friendly, efficient, and professional service across all F&B venues onboard.Host and socialize with guests, explain menus and beverages, and ensure dietary requests are fulfilled.Own and follow up on guest special requests or complaints, escalating to the Hotel Manager when necessary.Practice the “up serve” approach to enhance guest experience and contribute to onboard revenue goals.Organize, supervise, and lead the F&B team, empowering them to perform independently.Manage the entire F&B operation onboard to meet revenue, satisfaction, and cost-control targets.Ensure strict adherence to Uniworld standards and HACCP cleanliness and hygiene procedures.Prepare and monitor duty schedules, ensuring compliance with working hours.Specific RequirementsStrong leadership and team development skills.Organize and manage your work effectively in line with the daily program, scheduled events, and assigned tasks.Lead and contribute to daily briefings and cross-departmental meetings.Handle supplies, inventories, and equipment according to procedures; minimize breakage and losses.Minimize and keep track of breakage.Own and immediately report special requests and complaints to the Restaurant Manager.Be the lead on training to restaurant/bar team members.Be part of preparing the ship at the end of season for the start of season.Participate in any learning activity, trainings and program assigned, safety and emergency drills.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.Your future with UniworldYou’ll join a collaborative workplace where ideas are valued, and responsibility is shared early on.
