We are looking for a hands-on Head Finance and Risk to take ownership of Finance, Treasury and Risk at a strategic and operational level. You will lead two experienced team members and act as a key counterpart to external partners such as auditors and tax authorities. We are looking for a proactive personality who enjoys taking responsibility, is confident in making decisions, and wants to actively shape and drive the further development of our finance and risk functions.Your tasksLead Finance and Controlling including planning, reporting and accountingOversee liquidity and capital planning in line with ICAAP and ILAAP requirementsGuide the Treasury and Risk areas by providing strategic direction and leadership to two independently operating team membersEnsure timely and accurate regulatory reporting in full complianceIdentify, assess and monitor financial and operational risks across the bankMaintain risk governance frameworks and early warning indicatorsAct as main contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholdersProvide clear financial and risk insights to support executive and Board decisionsInterface with FINMA as needed (experience with FINMA is preferred but not essential)Your profile5+ years of experience in Swiss banking in a similar function, with strong knowledge of local regulationsFluency in German and English, Spanish is an advantageDegree in Finance or Business, CFA/CPA certification is an advantageDeep understanding of capital, liquidity, risk, ALM and financial reportingExperience in Data Analytics with strong analytical skillsStrong communicator with experience in regulator and board-level interactionsStructured, hands-on, and team-oriented mindsetWhat we offerJoin a solid and well-established bank with a proud history spanning over 100 years.
