In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
* Independently managing operational tasks related to account maintenance
* Managing and processing credit card requests
* Reviewing and supporting customers in cases of credit denial
We are looking for proactive individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working with numbers. We also expect the following qualifications:
* Commercial training or equivalent
* Native Italian speaker or excellent spoken and written Italian
* Excellent spoken and written French (mandatory)
* Good knowledge of German and experience in customer service are considered a plus
