Swiss-AS's Business Consultants are considered "tech-savvy" Airline/MRO TechOps experts, bringing practical industry experience to help our Airline & MRO customers implement AMOS effectively.
Our top 3 selection criteria:
1. Airline & MRO Supply Chain & Material Management experience.
2. Expert-level knowledge of AMOS and/or other ERP systems.
3. Project management experience in digital implementation projects.
Your Main Tasks:
* Assess and implement efficient AMOS-based MRO processes within a fully configured AMOS Digital Ecosystem.
* Manage modules for Supply Chain, Material forecasting, Reordering, and interfaces with third-party digital software.
* Define and plan the scope and schedule of AMOS implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live.
* Share expertise and participate in continuous upskilling within digital TechOps and project management fields.
Competence Requirements:
* Minimum two years of practical aviation industry experience with aircraft maintenance knowledge and relevant regulations.
* Strong project management skills, especially in scheduling, scoping, and stakeholder analysis (PMP Certification preferred).
* Digital skills including software configuration, mobile devices, API integrations, and data management.
* Experience in process assessment, design mapping, and value assessment (Value-Chain, Lean, BPMN).
* Active and recent AMOS user at the Key-User/Super-User level.
Social & Personal Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for workshops and customer meetings.
* Ability to collaborate, communicate transparently, and handle complex project conditions independently.
* Fluent in English; German skills are an asset.
* Willingness to travel and relocate to Basel, Switzerland.
