Tasks and Responsibilities: Support the commercialization of a vaccine in travel markets.
Manage EUCAN sales report development with input from LOCs and vendor support. Initiate periodic format revisions and updates.
Develop and/or migrate data repositories to create a history bank for key events, meeting materials (VRLT, Community Forum), presentations (business reviews, LOC brand plans), and clinical recommendations tracking.
Support EUCAN travel LOC engagements by scheduling, planning, coordinating, and minuting meetings.
Support key growth initiatives aligned with travel LOC needs.
Coordinate logistics for activities related to regional congresses in collaboration with the EUCAN LOC.
Collaborate closely with VBU and EUCAN counterparts to support travel market needs, including medical, access, and marketing.
Lead the EUCAN CSEE and Wave 3 Launch LOC needs: Oversee LOCs in identifying marketing and stock needs, supporting or channeling requests accordingly.
Track sales against forecasts and allocations.
Advise on stock change requests and rotations within EUCAN as needed.
Support the development of global strategic assumptions and forecasting process for EUCAN: Assist with bottom-up forecasting in travel LOCs.
Serve as key liaison to ensure proper interpretation of global strategic assumptions and submissions to ABP.
Engage LOCs to support and verify MRP and LRF forecasts.
Global Support: Develop presentations supporting global strategic assumptions.
Prepare year-over-year MRP and LRF forecast comparisons for leadership review.
Enhance commercial capabilities across regions and LOCs: Support creation and maintenance of leadership dashboards.
Your Profile: 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations within a multidisciplinary global environment.
Strong strategic thinking, analysis skills, and innovative problem-solving approach.
Experience in a matrix, preferably global, organization working cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
Vaccine/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Experience managing/leading commercial operations and process improvements.
Forecasting experience, especially in launching or lifecycle management activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint.
Adaptability to a dynamic business environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
