Sales Operations Coordinator
As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales pipeline. This includes reviewing and verifying data in our CRM tool to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing and analysing monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop strategies to maximise business impact.
* Acting as a key user for our CRM platform, ensuring proper use and functionality to support business development activities worldwide.
* Bridging business and IT to enhance our CRM platform and drive business growth.
Requirements for this position include:
* A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as management, business administration or commercial related area.
* Experience with BI technology and CRM tools (Salesforce) is essential.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to foster a data-driven culture.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organisation.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English and French.
