What will you do
* Managing Customer communication: Planning, coordinating and executing communication programs across multiple channels, tailored to different customer in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams
* Turning insights into action: Partnering with customer insights function to develop data-driven cross-sell and upsell campaigns. Working with inside sales teams to implement campaigns and measure their success
* Owning Customer journeys: Overseeing and optimizing end-to-end customer journeys, implementing improvements and automations to ensure a seamless experience. Contributing to cross-departmental projects to enhance key touchpoints such as customer portals and e-shop platforms
* Supporting new offerings: Contributing to the design, launch, and refinement of added-value offerings for customers. Actively providing insights to align offerings with customer needs and expectations
What do we expect
* 5+ years of experience, at least 3 years in customer lifecycle management roles in B2B and industrial sectors
* Familiarity in both hardware and software environments and a good knowledge of subscription models is a strong plus
* Exceptional communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and delivering impactful results
* Proven ability to interpret data and to translate insights into actionable strategies
* Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting
* Fluent in English is a must
