Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager for HVAC & Infrastructure to lead and deliver construction and technical infrastructure projects within a complex, fast‑paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards.
You will oversee HVAC and infrastructure‑focused projects, with the flexibility to support additional technical or construction disciplines based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation.
* Review and validate proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and contractor performance.
* Manage change orders, negotiations, claims, and contract administration.
* Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
* Prepare project reports, governance materials, and ensure transparent communication.
* Facilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English.
* Support the transition of completed facilities into operations, including close‑out documentation and warranties.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
* 3+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments (pharma/biotech experience a plus).
* Good understanding of HVAC systems and infrastructure‑related technical topics.
* Familiarity with Swiss construction standards (e.g., SIA), regulatory frameworks, and procurement processes.
* Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and presentations.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* Experience leading teams, managing commissions, or supporting business development is an advantage.
* High integrity and commitment to ethical standards.
* Fluency in English and German.
