Your Tasks
1. You are responsible for the product journey to online and troubleshoot the possible issues in the go-to-market process.
2. You support the Online Sales Managers in monitoring the online assortment.
3. You work closely with the Planning Department to adapt quantities to the online sales flow and ensure availability & timely delivery.
4. You manage and optimize the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, prices, and promotional offers
5. You work closely with photo studio and Content Production to prioritize the online launches.
6. You collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns and sales events.
7. You analyze site metrics and related data to recommend improvements for online merchandising efforts and customer experience.
8. You control the master data quality of new brands before the integration on manor.ch.
9. You lead In-season management efforts, organize stock transfers based on performance, improvement efforts & strategy on old stock management
10. You organize the seasonal transfers to optimize season switch online.
11. You support model switches from wholesale to consignment, take part in project meetings and control the process to reduce timeout.
your profile
12. You have a degree in marketing or a related field.
13. You have first professional experience in merchandising and/or procurement, ideally in digital.
14. You have an affinity and enthusiasm for eCommerce and digital topics.
15. You have an organized, structured and flexible working style.
16. You have strong analytical skills and good networked thinking.
17. You are proactive and have good communication skills.
18. You have good IT skills including all common Office applications.
19. You are fluent in English, German is an advantage.
