Overview
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution, Swisslinx is seeking a Senior Audit Manager with strong expertise in operational risk. Contract Duration: 6 months. Work Format: Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute banking-related audit and advisory engagements, using a risk-based approach to evaluate and enhance processes and controls.
* Prepare clear and impactful audit reports for Management and the Audit Committee, articulating key observations and offering practical, insightful recommendations for improvement.
* Maintain high-quality audit documentation, ensuring thorough analysis and well-supported conclusions.
* Ensure all audit activities are conducted in accordance with professional standards and the approved audit plan.
* Manage assigned audit projects, coordinating effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.
* Act as a team leader in the delivery of audit engagements, ensuring alignment with the approved audit plan.
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive audit experience within the financial services sector, a central bank, or an international financial institution, with a proven track record of leading internal audit engagements and managing high-performing audit teams.
* Demonstrated expertise in operational risk management.
* Thorough understanding of business processes across front, middle, and back-office functions.
* Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent.
* Fluency in English is essential.
