Join our team as our Services Sales Specialist in Baden, Switzerland! You will be part of our Grid Automation Service Team, providing Service Solutions for substation automation systems, control and protection, cyber security, communication, and telecontrol technology. The team is highly motivated, with a strong customer and service-oriented approach, committed to delivering high-quality services aligned with customer needs.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Manage Service business from initial customer request to contract closing and handover to operations.
2. Create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications to ensure market competitiveness, high-quality tenders, and profitable business.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in line with overall business goals.
4. Identify new and existing customer opportunities and establish strong relationships through excellent service and understanding of customer needs.
5. Stay informed about market trends, influences, and competitors.
6. Achieve or exceed sales objectives through active sales activities, collaborating with local and other Business Units.
7. Promote services and solutions via trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and calls.
8. Support customers by providing information and acting as a liaison within the organization.
9. Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant teams to improve service delivery.
10. Prepare sales forecasts, plans, tender documents, and reports for internal reviews and approvals.
11. Coordinate with other sales specialists and the Front-End Sales team.
Candidate Profile:
1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, with a focus on power engineering.
2. Strong technical understanding of substation automation, control, and protection solutions.
3. At least 2 years of experience in related fields, including cyber security, communication, or telecontrol technology.
4. Good knowledge of the grid automation market.
5. Experience in Service and Sales is preferred.
6. Proven track record working with utilities, system integrators, or technical consultants.
7. Flexible, team-oriented, with strong communication skills.
8. Fluent in English.
9. Willing to travel for customer meetings.
