Team Leader PERM 100% - Experis Zürich (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities
* Build strategic relationships with clients and candidates, advising on tailored IT workforce solutions
* Drive business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and grow Experis’ presence in the Basel region
* Lead and coach a team of IT recruiting professionals to achieve sales and delivery targets
* Oversee recruiting operations, performance metrics, and financial results
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and internal policies
* Support tender processes and contribute to competitive proposals
Your Profile
* Commercial background with leadership experience in recruiting or HR, ideally in IT
* Strong sales and entrepreneurial mindset, customer orientation, and passion for technology-driven workforce solutions
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
* Proficient in MS Office and digital tools with high social media affinity
