As the Global Organizational Development Manager, you play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and readiness through strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing performance. This role involves implementing and managing various organizational development initiatives, including, organizational design, blueprints, team development, and change management support. This position can either be based in Ebikon or in Singapore.

* Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Administration)
* 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development or a related field
* Consulting experience gained in an international environment is a strong plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite other relevant software
* Microsoft Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
* You have permission to work in either Switzerland or Singapore
