Responsibilities
1. Monitor brand and product performance across all Travel Retail markets and provide actionable analysis.
2. Ensure accuracy of distribution databases and maintain regular updates.
3. Support preparation of business reviews, brand workshops, and marketing presentations.
4. Adapt global guidelines to channel and market-specific needs, ensuring local relevance.
5. Support execution of marketing plans, product launches, and on-counter activations in Travel Retail.
6. Gather and analyse feedback from regional teams and conduct post activation analysis to inform future initiatives.
7. Support the development and implementation of Retail and Visual Merchandising guidelines in collaboration with brands and TR regions.
We'd love to meet you if you have
8. Experience: 3–5 years in marketing roles within the beauty (fragrance / skincare) or luxury industry, ideally with Travel Retail exposure.
9. Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent project management, creativity, and effective communication.
10. Languages: Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
11. Mindset: Highly curious, proactive, results oriented and agile; eager to bring innovative ideas to life, adapt quickly to new challenges, and collaborate across global teams.
