Front Desk Officer
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for the Beau Soleil community, welcoming students, parents, staff and visitors. The role ensures the smooth operation of the reception area, manages communications, supports school events and maintains accurate records in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, professional and welcoming experience to students, parents, staff and visitors.
* Manage the day‑to‑day running of the reception desk and support the front‑office operations.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, post and deliveries efficiently and professionally.
* Support the organisation of school events, student arrival days and other key moments throughout the year.
* Provide administrative support across different school departments.
* Manage petty cash and other reception‑related administrative tasks.
* Support the Transport and Trips departments with travel‑related administrative tasks.
* Prepare and coordinate documentation required for student visa applications.
* Monitor and follow up residency permit processes in line with local requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Education & Professional Qualifications
* High school diploma with administrative or tourism qualification.
* Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading and writing).
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Additional languages would be an advantage.
Experience and Skills
Experience
* Previous experience in a reception, front office, customer service or administrative role.
* Experience in a school or international environment is a plus but not essential.
* Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced and people‑focused environment.
