Tasks
Take the lead in shaping SWISS’s brand experience through strategic sponsoring, premium partnerships, and outstanding events. Drive innovation, deliver memorable moments, and guide a high-performing team in bringing our brand to life — across Switzerland and beyond.
Lead, inspire and develop the Sponsoring, Events & Partnership Marketing team, fostering a high-performance and brand-driven culture
Define and execute strategies for sponsorships, partnerships and events in line with business goals and brand vision
Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic partnerships that drive customer value and brand positioning
Oversee the planning and execution of premium events, hospitality formats, sponsoring platforms and activations
Act as SPOC for strategic partners and internal stakeholders across departments and global markets
Ensure brand-compliant, target audience-focused implementation of all initiatives
Monitor KPIs, provide insights, manage budgets and lead contract negotiations
Drive innovation, storytelling and new brand experience formats

Requirements
In this key role, you will shape the emotional and strategic presence of the SWISS brand. Lead a passionate team of professionals, manage premium partnerships, and create unique brand experiences that inspire and connect, across events, sponsoring platforms, and beyond.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field
8–10 years of professional experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles in partnerships, sponsorships, or event management
Proven success in developing strategic partnerships and executing high-impact events for premium or international brands
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a talent for aligning diverse stakeholders
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution, creativity, resilience, flexibility and strong representation skills
Background in fast-paced, international environment
Strong representation skills
Willingness to travel and work weekends
Valid driver's license (B)
Fluent in German and English; French, Italian, or other languages are a plus
