Job Summary:
The Risk Management and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of risk management and compliance strategies, as well as providing guidance and training to staff on risk management and compliance principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Risk Management Strategies: The Specialist will develop and implement risk management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the organization's operations.
* Provide Guidance and Training: The Specialist will provide guidance and training to staff on risk management and compliance principles, including best practices and industry standards.
* Maintain Risk Registers: The Specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date risk registers, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and monitoring schedules.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: The Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective risk management and compliance practices are in place.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
* 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in operational risk management and administration of corporate risk registers is required.
* Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise in risk management and compliance, including data analysis and interpretation, is required.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
