Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Finances
* Oversee the group’s finances, including financial planning, budgeting, and the implementation of the financial strategy across the company, along with two holding companies.
* Monitor payments, cash flow, and liquidity management to ensure the financial stability of the group.
* Drive the efficiency of financial processes by optimising and automating key workflows.
* Supervise accounting activities, working closely with service providers on finance/tax reporting and audit processes.
* Handle related administrative tasks, including backup accounting controls, invoicing, and other routine financial operations.
* Supervise the financial management of investment vehicles in different jurisdictions, including oversight of financial statements, regular and ad hoc NAV checks, budgeting, payments, and audits, in cooperation with external administrators and auditors.
* Assist the portfolio management team with finance-related matters, valuations, and audits to ensure proper tracking and reporting of portfolio performance.
Qualifications
* University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3 to 7 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, financial planning, and/or investment finance, preferably in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
* Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial strategy implementation.
* Experience with accounting oversight and coordination with service providers (e.g., external accountants, auditors, and tax consultants).
* Proficiency in financial software and tools, with experience in process automation a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Work commitment 60% (possible increase to 80% or 100% in case of taking additional roles supporting HR/operations).
* Located in Zurich, or being able to commute or relocate to Zurich.
