Our client, a global pharmaceutical company in Basel, is seeking a Finance & Reporting Analyst to support their Internal Marketing Production Team. This interim role focuses on Power BI reporting, budget tracking, and performance analysis, ideal for someone hands-on and business-savvy. As a key financial and analytical support for the internal marketing production team, your responsibilities include :
Managing and monitoring the team's budget, including forecasting and variance tracking
Developing and maintaining dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel
Preparing insightful presentations for senior stakeholders using PowerPoint
Analyzing marketing production costs, KPIs, and overall team performance to drive strategic decisions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across finance, marketing, and project management
Supporting project coordination, ensuring alignment between budget and operational delivery
Identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in reporting processes Basel - Hy id (1-2 days / month on-site) Interim (6-12 months), 80-100% workload
Proven experience in financial analysis, budget tracking, and performance reporting
Strong hands-on skills in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to create dashboards and deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally within a marketing or creative environment
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Proactive, independent, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Experience in large, international or matrixed organizations preferred
