What we call Snyk’s DeepCode Engine: the most advanced platform for security code analysis. /ppThe team will be focused on solving challenges including: /p limaintaining and improving multiple specialized state of the art datalog engines /lilikeeping the DeepCode engine scalable while new features are added, allowing it to run on hundreds of thousands open source projects (Big Code) /lilicollaborating with other teams to deliver an almost real time code analysis user experience /li pbYou’ll Spend Your Time: /b /p lideveloping algorithms/abstractions/representations that analyze millions of lines of code in seconds /liliusing or contributing to state-of-the-art Datalog solvers, our unique approach to interfile analysis, or the engine that detects thousands of vulnerabilities concurrently /lilimaintaining distributed systems that use these algorithms to build SaaS applications, delivering the results to users quickly, reliably, and with ever improving accuracy /li pbWhat You’ll Need: /b /p liHave developed large systems using C++ /liliAre interested in algorithms and data structures; developing, profiling, and optimizing a highly-parallel, highly-reliable, complex software system /liliPrioritize collaboration, and code review /liliWork sustainably, quickly, and iteratively /liliLove working on innovative state-of-the-art projects in an environment that respects its engineers and customers /li pbWe’d be Lucky if You: /b /p lihave program analysis/compiler experience /lilihave passion for programming languages; the theory but equally importantly how are they used in practise and how they differ (syntactically and semantically) /lilihave worked with datalog or graph database implementations /li p#LI-JW1 /ppWe care deeply about the warm, inclusive environment we’ve created and we value diversity – we welcome applications from those typically underrepresented in tech.
