We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.
Your role
Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world\'s top financial institutions?
You’ll get to:
* track and analyze Business Unit-wide sales performance metrics, identifying key trends and translating them into actionable insights
* assist in the distribution of EMEA sales initiatives and successes, supporting our sales communication process
* stay on top of market developments and products and incorporate feedback from market sales managers and front staff
* collaborate with strategic partners such as Chief Investment Office, Product Specialists, CIS, Finance, etc., to drive the execution of EMEA\'s top priorities
* manage recurring and ad-hoc tasks effectively
* build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy to meet client needs
* develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts
* attend educational events led by senior leaders to gain exposure and insight into the business
Your team
You\'ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Zurich. We provide advice-based solutions to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. UBS has built a leading wealth management franchise worldwide. You\'ll work with top talent to help manage, preserve and grow client wealth.
In Central Sales Management you will monitor key sales KPIs to support management decision-making and participate in central governance and tracking of sales initiatives. You will support sales communication pitches to senior management and gain hands-on experience on strategic topics. You will engage with stakeholders across functions and build your network across Wealth Management.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who:
* has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
* has excellent English (written and oral) and strong communication/presentation skills
* can develop and deliver structured, impactful presentations for diverse audiences
* is a solution-oriented thinker who condenses complexity into actionable proposals
* is highly analytical with a natural affinity for figures
* shares UBS values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
