Reliability Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.
Your tasks:
Improving the reliability of equipment and systems by implementing reliability engineering principles and methodologies.
Determining Equipment Importance Levels for systems and establishing maintenance strategies accordingly.
Identifying opportunities for maintenance improvements and implementing changes to optimize preventive maintenance.
Leading and participating in Root Cause Analysis Teams to identify the causes of equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
Ensuring accurate content within the CMMS for equipment master data.
Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure new products and systems meet reliability standards.
Your experience/knowledge:
Strong understanding of working within a GMP-regulated environment.
Expertise in operational maintenance methods and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with reliability engineering tools and methodologies such as RCA, FTA, and RCFA.
Familiarity with CMMS systems like JDE, SAP.
Proven ability to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements.
Language skills: English - fluent.
