About the role
As part of the Operations and PMO team, reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will design and deploy AI agents and automations that transform our internal processes and drive cross‑functional projects with method and rigour. You will partner daily with our AI Ambassadors to translate business needs into concrete AI solutions.
You are both a builder and a project manager. You ship an AI agent to production in the morning and facilitate a prioritisation workshop with business teams in the afternoon. You bring structure to ambiguity and speed to what matters most.
Based in Lausanne, you will collaborate across all teams, including product, technology, marketing, customer service and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
* AI Build & Deployment
o Design and deploy AI agents tailored to business needs.
o Build integrations via MCP, APIs and automation tools (n8n or equivalent).
o Connect internal tools (CRM, ESM, Confluence, Jira) to intelligent, automated workflows.
o Test, iterate and measure the real‑world impact of each automation shipped to production.
o Document architectures and maintain a live registry of deployed agents.
* Cross‑functional Project Management
o Coordinate and manage cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
o Track project progress, report on milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
o Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to facilitate communication and resource allocation.
o Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
o Organise and facilitate prioritisation workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions with business teams.
* Operational Efficiency & PMO Support
o Analyse existing processes to identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
o Support project managers in integrating AI tools into their projects.
o Contribute to upskilling teams on AI usage (training sessions, templates, guides).
Requirements
* Degree in Information Systems, Business IT, Digital Business or equivalent (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
* Experience with AI agents, automations and the ability to connect APIs via no‑code/low‑code interfaces; basic Python is a plus.
* Knowledge of Claude or other LLMs (prompt engineering, projects, MCP, API basics) and a solid understanding of LLM fundamentals; a portfolio of AI projects is desirable.
* Ability to frame a project, drive a plan and report to diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMP, Scrum) and/or Process methodologies (Lean) is a plus.
* Fluent in English and French (C1 level mandatory).
* Eager to work in a scale‑up environment and make a real difference in a fast‑growing organization.
