Description
Bierman Autism Centers is looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on partner to design a formal, disciplined, and outcomes‑driven Physician outreach function from the ground up!
Director, Physician & Diagnostician Outreach will build and lead Bierman Autism Centers’ physician and diagnostician outreach function from the ground up. This role exists to establish Bierman as a trusted, default clinical partner for medical professionals by creating durable, ethical, and high‑impact referral relationships grounded in education, outcomes, and service to the medical community.

Over time, the Director will enable scalable, repeatable referral pipelines that reduce reliance on paid marketing and strengthen Bierman’s clinical credibility across markets.
Qualified candidates will enjoy building something new, demonstrate strong executive presence with clinicians, and balance relationship‑building with disciplined execution. They will be highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, accountable for outcomes, and motivated by building systems that scale.
This role reports to the EVP of Growth and works cross‑functionally with Clinical Leadership, Marketing, Intake, and Revenue Cycle Management.
