Responsibilities
1. Strategic product management for hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) decontamination systems in the pharmaceutical industry
2. Presentations at conferences, publications, trade fairs, and analysis of customer feedback
3. Product leadership, development of new business models, and continuous optimization of existing products, processes, and qualifications
4. Oversight of the entire product lifecycle as well as market and competitive analyses
Hardskills
5. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry with microbiology, process development, decontamination methods, and qualification
6. Ideally, experience in cycle development with VHP, etc., as well as in product management or sales
7. Completed technical university degree, e.g. in pharmaceutical engineering, microbiology, or a comparable qualification
8. Business-fluent English skills; fluent German is an advantage
