DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
* Manage scheduling and monitor patient treatment schedules for cellular immunotherapy products.
* Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling with various stakeholders.
* Create and maintain patient schedules in collaboration with treatment sites and logistics partners.
* Monitor collection, transportation, and manufacturing activities.
* Enter and maintain transactional data in the scheduling system.
* Document feedback from customers and partners.
* Lead meetings with clinical and commercial teams as assigned.
* Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
PROFIL ATTENDU
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience in customer service, call center operations, patient services/navigator, account management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
* French/English as a minimum, German or some other language is a plus
* Newly graduate with som experience in customer service/logistics, at ease with communicating in different languages and handling challenges and priorities
