PpWe are seeking a motivated and solutions-focused Compliance Operations Officer to become part of our corporate compliance team in Baar, Switzerland. In this role, you will collaborate across corporate, regional and local compliance teams to support and enhance the Group’s Ethics and Compliance Programme (GECP). You will help lead key projects, optimise processes, and ensure the consistent implementation of compliance standards aligned with the GECP, with sensitivity to regional and local perspectives. The ideal candidate has a solid analytical background, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. /p h3Main Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport corporate compliance teams in the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of an effective and proportionate compliance programme across the Group. /li liCollaborate closely with regional compliance teams to: ul lieffectively reconcile corporate and regional perspectives to find synergies and solutions that meet Group requirements. /li liensure that concerns and/or questions are escalated and addressed by the appropriate stakeholders; /li lisupport the consistent implementation of the GECP across the regions, while accounting for local nuances. /li /ul /li liPartner with various project teams on major system implementations and enhancements, specifically on the design, integration, and rollout of compliance‑related features. /li liSupporting the optimisation of processes, including evaluating how they currently operate in practice, how risk is mitigated by them, where and why they may differ from Group requirements and how alignment, if required, can be reached. /li liPlan, coordinate, monitor and execute projects, whilst tracking and reporting on progress. /li /ul h3The Ideal Candidate /h3 ul liA good understanding of compliance risks and appropriate mitigating controls. /li liAbility to build trusted relationships with different teams and at various levels of the organisation. /li liAbility to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. /li liA quick learner who can absorb new information quickly and adapt accordingly. /li liMotivated, engaged, and keen to develop skills and knowledge. /li liA collaborative team member with a high level of trust and integrity. /li liAdvanced communication skills, both written and spoken, able to engage effectively with teams and various groups. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree is required. /li li3 – 6 years’ relevant work experience within a legal, consultancy, auditing, risk or similar background. /li liSolid analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. /li liProject management, including change management skills, is an advantage. /li liFluent in English, additional languages are beneficial. /li liBasic familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to improve efficiency is an advantage. /li liHolding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH / EU / EFTA. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWe are committed to providing benefits, which promote mental, physical, and financial well‑being.
