PbSAP R2R (Record to Report) Architect/Stream Leader /b /ppWe are searching for an experienced SAP R2R (Record to Report) Architect/Stream Leader at our MSC Geneva facility. /pbr/pbPrimary Duties and Responsibilities /bbr/ /ppFor the SAP Department’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) team located at the MSC headquarter here in Geneva, Switzerland, we are looking for a permanent position of a SAP R2R (Record to Report) Architect, who will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration support of the SAP FICO solution to meet the business requirements for the MSC Cruises division. /p pThis role requires analytical skills, business knowledge and SAP solution expertise in the Finance Controlling modules and integration with other SAP modules, to effectively deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance the SAP functionality to achieve the expected business results. /p pbRESPONSIBILITY /b /p p§Design the end-to-end Record-to-Report (SAP FI/CO) processes and system integrations in collaboration with the Finance Business Process Owner. /p p§Collaborate with the business stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling and Tax department) in order to understand the business needs and translate to system solutions. /p p§Ensure that new solutions are sustainable, scalable, and aligned with the existing application landscape. /p p§Be accountable for the overall consistency, reliability, and integrity of the solution across related streams (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Treasury) as well as legacy systems. /p p§Coordinate Business Analysts based in Naples across all project deliverables, including: /p pØBusiness Requirements gathering and blueprinting /p pØSolution design and Proof of Concept activities /p pØSystem configuration /p pØFunctional specifications for developments and enhancements /p pØIncident management /p pØTesting activities (unit, integration, scenario, non-regression, and coordination of User Acceptance Testing) /p pØTraining and documentation /p p§Assess, challenge, prioritize, or reject requests for new solutions in alignment with business stakeholders and other solution architects. /p p§Design and maintain SAP solutions according to standard SAP best practices and Global Template principles whenever possible. /p p§Define delivery timelines with development teams and manage/approve production releases through the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB). /p p§Collaborate with Project Managers to define and monitor project timelines and resource allocation (, Business Analysts). /p p§Develop and maintain the application and system roadmap. /p p§Support functional teams in AMS (Application Management Services) and operational support activities: /p pØSupport Business Analysts in managing Service Requests and Incidents. /p pØApprove and coordinate production releases. /p pØDocument changes, testing activities, and system configurations related to incidents and service requests. /p pØTroubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve issues, assessing the impact of changes on regression, integration, cutover, and data migration activities. /p pØEnsure compliance with established procedures for incident and service request management. /p pØPerform daily monitoring of business processes and system operations. /pbr/pbRequired Qualifications /bbr/ /pp·Minimum of b10 years’ experience /b in SAP projects, implementation/rollouts, and support. bS/4HANA implementation /b is a must have. /p p·Functional experience in the bdesign, configuration, and testing /b of FICO, specifically in sub-modules: bGL, AP, AR, AA, CO /b, master data, and all related daily and periodic processes and reporting. /p p·Strong motivation for bBusiness Process Improvement /b with SAP Solution Manager, including bBusiness Process Analytics, Business Process Monitoring, Dashboard Reports /b, etc. /p p·Knowledge and experience in the following areas would be considered an added advantage: bBRIM, MM /b, roles authorizations, interfaces (AIF), workflow. /p p·bEducational qualification /b: University Degree (preferably in Finance/Accounting). /p p·Strong borganizational skills /b, ability to multi-task, and work under strict deadlines. /p p·bTeam player /b with excellent interpersonal skills to work in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment. /p p·Analytically minded with bmethodical problem-solving capabilities /b. /p p·Ability to efficiently bprioritize work /b, promptly deliver solutions, and coordinate with stakeholders at all levels. /p p·Experience in cruise / shipping / hospitality industry is a plus /p p·Strong bwritten and communication skills in English /b /pbr/pOur company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. /p pTo discover more about MSC Group values click. /p
