If you're proactive, resourceful, calm under pressure and enjoy figuring things out in real environments, you'll thrive here. /p pThis role suits people who enjoy sitting between customers and technology — people who like solving problems, working across systems, and understanding how platforms behave in production environments. /p h3In This Role At Vyntra, You Will /h3 ul liDeliver full end-to-end technical implementation projects for our transaction intelligence platform, ensuring successful deployment and adoption /li liMaintain strong technical capability across Linux-based environments and Vyntra technologies /li liDesign, configure and deploy integrations and technical solutions to the required standard of quality /li liWork directly with customers to understand requirements and advise on best use of the platform /li liTroubleshoot issues across customer environments, integrations and deployments in a calm and methodical way /li liProvide service and support at levels 1/2/3 where needed /li liCollaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Presales, Sales and RD teams /li liParticipate in pre‑sales activities including proof‑of‑concepts and technical discussions where required /li /ul h3About You /h3 pWe're looking for people with solid Linux foundations who enjoy working directly with customers in complex technical environments.
