P Our client, an independent Swiss Asset Management Company with FINMA license based in the canton Zug, is looking to onboard a few CRMs to cover various regions: Eastern Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. We are looking for candidates with developed books of potential HNW clients totalling 30mln and up. /p p b Responsibilities: /b /p li Leverage extensive market experience and in-depth knowledge of global financial markets and products to cultivate existing and establish new client relationships /li li Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships built on trust /li li Deliver exceptional support services that address client needs, goals, and expectations /li li Uphold high standards of client interaction and ensure compliance with Swiss regulations /li li Craft compelling marketing materials (e.g., customized presentations) tailored to client needs /li li Take ownership of various support tasks, projects, reporting activities, and control functions /li li Continuously improve relationship management processes and tools /li p b Key Skills: /b /p li University degree in economics, finance, or banking /li li Prior experience as a Relationship Manager or Investment Advisor in the relevant regions within banks or external asset management companies /li li Solid professional experience (5+ years) in relationship management with HNWIs /li li Extensive network of potential HNW/UHNW clients /li li Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory topics and familiarity with the Swiss/EU legislative framework /li li Independent and proactive work style with a willingness to travel frequently and work with a flexible schedule /li li Fluency in English, any other language is a plus /li li Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications /li li EU/EFTA-passport or a valid work permit (C or B) for Switzerland /li li If the candidate is based abroad, must be willing to relocate to Switzerland /li li Consultancy/Remote options may be considered for the right candidate (performance-based) /li p b Job Advantages: /b /p li Great, inspiring management, fully licensed and professional asset management firm based in Zug, growing team /li li Base salary, bonus and other negotiable reward options /li li Freedom to make the role your own /li
