We ElevateManufacturing Quality-Test Engineer (m/f/d) 100%The Manufacturing Quality-Test Engineer creates value by being a valuable partner to internal and external Supply Chain stakeholders, supporting production of PCBA and elevator components too, and in the introduction of new products. He/she is responsible to develop and implement testing procedures for all kind of PCBA and Elevator components produced in the Supply Chain facilities to achieve Schindler Quality Standards.Responsibilities include:Develop Test adapters for PCBA and Test Specifications based on products specifications and test procedure.Ensure the development and implementation of all testing equipments for production of Supply Chain, to cope with Schindler targets for both Quality and Productivity.Ensure the support to the production with problems solving analysis and Quality support with IPC Standards.Being the team a global center of expertise, support other zones with new test equipments and maintenance of existing ones, participating in high added value projects, new developments, update of processes, etc.Stakeholder management to optimize the impact of the Test System in the factories and to provide valuable feedbacks to R&D department in terms of testability.Requirements:Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic EngineeringAt least 5 years experience in industrial company with technical (electronic) tasksAt least 1 year experience in project managementFluent in Italian and English.
