Training and Development Program Specialist
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Develop and manage comprehensive internship and new hire rotational programs that align with organizational objectives and provide participants with structured learning experiences.
* Work closely with department managers and HR to define program goals, identify skill gaps, and ensure alignment with business needs.
* Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to integrate interns and new hire rotational employees effectively.
* Manage all logistical aspects of the programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and resource allocation.
* Monitor and assess program effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Cordinator or similar role, with a track record of coordinating comprehensive internship and rotational programs in a corporate environment.
* 3–5 years of experience in training and development, program coordinator, or a similar role.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
