Laboratory Specialist – Microbiological Quality Control (MBQC)

Your Responsibilities
Perform
sampling and testing
of: Final and intermediate products, In-process controls (IPC), Raw materials, Cleaning validation samples, Utilities and environmental monitoring samples
Support
method transfer, development, validation, and verification
in MBQC analytics
Conduct microbiological analyses including Bioburden testing, Endotoxin testing, PCR-based methods
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment
Prepare and control microbiological materials (e.g., growth media, reagents, standards, test kits)
Contribute to the organization and daily operation of the QC microbiology laboratory
Ensure compliance with
cGMP standards
, internal procedures, and quality policies
Actively contribute to
continuous improvement
, deviation reporting, and follow-up activities
🎓 Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
or completed laboratory technician training with relevant experience
Minimum
2 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment
Experience with
GMP
highly preferred
Strong microbiological expertise
Precise, structured, and reliable working style
Team-oriented mindset
Very good
IT skill
