Your tasks
* Preparation of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines for maintenance, such as unwrapping, de‑preservation, etc.
* Handling of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines between ship stands, pedestals and trailers in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
* Perform incoming inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Report findings to engineering.
* Perform outgoing inspection of Pratt & Whitney PW4000 and CFM International CFM56 engines in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals. Initiate corrective actions in case of findings.
* Documentation of installed engine components with Vocollect System.
* Timely execution and independent self‑control of performed orders.
* Documentation of activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
* Continuous improvement of executed processes, aiming to improve quality and reduce production cost.
Your profile
* Completed technical vocational training, preferably specialised in metal (Polymechanics, machine mechanics, automobile mechanics or equivalent).
* More than 2 years of experience.
* In case of field assistance: willingness to travel.
* Willingness to work in two shifts.
* Solid communication skills.
* Problem‑solving skills.
* Independent, precise and responsible work.
* Open‑minded, dedicated team player.
* High safety, quality and cost awareness.
* Solid experience in MS Office and SAP.
* German and English Level B1.
