Our mission: We safely power your flight.As a Head of Product Management, you will mainly be responsible for leading and managing the resources of the Product Management team, but also for providing correct, competitive, profitable and creative proposals to our customers, as a Product Manager.Your tasksLead the Product Management teamManage the ESCP resources, allocating and prioritizing requests received in function of abilities and capabilities.Define and set objectives, and make sure those are regularly tracked and properly reported.Ensure adherence to standards, policies and processes (DoA, costing assumptions…)Identify opportunities for new MRO services adding value to our customers and our business.Provide competitive, profitable and creative proposals to customersAdjust or develop the internal SR Technics processes and standards to guarantee the correct execution of the RFPsMake sure adequate commercial products/offering are in place and implemented by their team, together with the Product Development teamCoordinate assumptions and strategy for proposals with other SR Technics departmentsSupport and conduct negotiations, provide technical and commercial customer care during proposal phaseEnsure smooth handover of relevant contract information to other departments after contract signatureEnsure costing tools are in place, regularly updated, and properly maintained (e.g., knowledge and resources available)Work closely with regional Business Development teams to understand customer needs and translate those into winning solutions and proposals.Track performance of wins and losses and implement changes to improve results.Work with and adjust pricing models, tools, and systems to meet pre-calculated profitability while producing winning proposals with the PM team.Your ProfileMaster’s degree or equivalent in engineering, business administration, or economics requiredMinimum 5 years of international experience, including 3 in managerial positionsEngine engineering (workscoping) & maintenance costing experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Aviation/MROExcellent project management skills, result and deadline orientedInterpersonal skills for relationship management and teamworking requiredStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills requiredLanguage skills: English professional proficiency (C1), German B2 preferredWe offerWe offer an attractive position in a global and dynamic company.
