You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition to a modern Microsoft workplace environment. /p pThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with users, takes ownership, and thrives in dynamic rollout and support environments. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide high-quality on-site IT support for end users /li liSupport day-to-day workplace operations including: ul liNew Joiner / Mover / Leaver activities /li liIncident and request handling /li liHardware and workplace troubleshooting /li liManual user access and rights management /li /ul /li liSupport the Windows 11 Microsoft Intune rollout programme /li liPrepare, configure and replace end-user devices /li liPerform device registration, inventory and asset tracking /li liAct as a Floorwalker during rollout phases and support users on-site /li liAssist users with onboarding, training and adoption of new workplace technologies /li liEnsure tickets and support tasks are handled with strong ownership and follow-through /li liContribute to improving support processes and operational standards /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liSeveral years of experience in On-Site IT Support / End User Support /li liStrong experience with: ul liWindows 11 /li liMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint Manager /li liOffice 365 / Microsoft 365 /li liDevice lifecycle management /li liHardware deployment and troubleshooting /li liAsset and inventory management /li /ul /li liExperience supporting workplace rollout or migration projects /li liKnowledge of access management and user rights administration /li liExcellent communication and customer service skills /liliHighly structured and service-oriented way of working /li liStrong ownership mentality and hands-on attitude /li liFluent German is mandatory /li liFrench and/or Italian is a plus /li liValid driving license and willingness to travel across Switzerland /li /ul h3Technical Environment /h3 ul liWindows 11 /li liMicrosoft Intune /li liMicrosoft Endpoint Manager /li liOffice 365 / Microsoft 365 /li liAzure AD / Entra ID /li liDevice Management Asset Tracking /li liHybrid Workplace Environment /li /ul pWe are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and motivated to contribute to a modern workplace transformation programme in a highly visible support role. /p pPlease reach out, interviews will be next week.
