KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary Finance partner for the country logistics manager and operational teams
Support the development and execution of the logistics strategy, to drive cost improvement across the logistics cost elements (haulage, warehousing, distribution) as well as the companies Fountain & Cooler management
Oversee Opex and Capex control within logistics, including investment appraisal, efficiency initiatives, and business case evaluation
Lead the logistics costs planning process, including budgeting & forecasting
Own the actual & variance reporting process for logistics in collaboration with BSO, while ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards
Provide financial analysis and insights into logistics KPIs, including pallet management, business losses, and overall supply chain efficiency
Ensure accuracy and quality in Opex allocation models & reconciliation processes
Continuous identification & implementation of opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance overall financial management within Supply Chain
Support logistics-related information requests from internal & external auditors and ensure process compliance with company policies (incl. Fleet management)
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) preferred
5-8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and cost control
Experience with Opex/Capex management, investment appraisal, and business case preparation
Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills to financial and non-financial audiences
Proactive mindset, problem-solving capability, and continuous improvement orientation
Ability to work effectively in a matrix, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a strong plus.
Willingness to occasionally travel if required
