The position reports directly into the Divisional General Manager. /ppThis position is required to support the company’s local brand, improving the channel system, recruiting partners, and strengthening partnerships. /ppbMain Responsibilities: /b /pp•Build and develop a pioneering and high-performance channel team, establish and cultivate professional partner sales culture, and coordinate with internal and external resources to support the team to achieve business targets. /pp•Recruit and develop channel partners /pp•Promote the company’s products and value proposition to grow partner share /pp•Develop partner business and marketing plans with regular management reviews /pp•Work with partners to embed the company’s portfolio in vertical market solutions /pp•Be the main contact to provide high quality support to all aspects of the partners’ business /pp•Work closely with the direct sales team to ensure full understanding of partner capability and solutions /ppbCandidate Profile: /b /pp•10+ years’ work experience in the Swiss ICT market /pp•Solid background in partner sales / channel sales with an extensive and active network within the channel market at C-Level (distributors, resellers, integrators) /pp•Managerial experience of mid-sized teams /pp•Self-Starter, strong business acumen and analytical/ forecasting skills /pp•Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills /pp•High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure /pp•Ability to work in a culturally diverse, high paced organization /pp•Fluent in German and English.
