PThe Senior Data Analyst will collaborate closely to the business and technical teams. Design, develop, test, and deploy custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, Power BI, and external data sources using Power Automate and connectors. /ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /plipBe partnered with users, product owners data engineers to design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions (Applications, dashboard interactive reporting tools on key business measures) /p /lilipDesign and development of Canvas App, and Model-Driven Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as the backend data storage model /p /lilipBuild custom connectors and leverage Dataverse (CDS) for data modelling and management. /p /lilipWork directly with business stakeholders and translate business data needs into technical requirements, design, and implementation thru data visualization. /p /lilipDevelop, Test and Maintain BI Dashboard to high standards of quality and performance using the company approved BI Tools. (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview, QlikSense, Tableau) /p /lilipTo utilize UI/UX best practices to craft visualizations that create a single, aligned version of truth, present clear information about business results call for action. /p /lilipResponsible on training junior members of the team and assist on setting up and/or implementing best practices to ensure the quality and consistency of the solutions. /p /lilipFlexible on working with medium to high complex projects with a possibility on utilizing multiple BI tool for each solutions. /p /lilipTo be able to provide and maintain user accesses, report connections and troubleshooting by navigating to the management consoles or workspaces. /p /lipbQualifications: /b /plipEducation: Bachelor’s degree on Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and any relevant field with Business Intelligence. /p /lilipExperience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experiences on developing BI solutions preferably with Power BI, Qlikview, or QlikSense. /p /lilipHybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation) /p /lilipShift Schedule (Mid Shift and Nigh Shift schedule) - Amenability to work on the assigned schedule (dependent on business need) /p /lipbMinimum Skills to Hire /b / bTechnical Skills: /b /plipExperience with Power Automate cloud flows, desktop flows, business process flows, and process advisor /p /lilipExperienced with BI technologies (e.g. Qlikview, QlikSense, Power BI) /p /lilipPertinent experience in Data Modelling and Data Model normalization /p /lilipSolid understanding with the ETL methodology. /p /lilipStrong knowledge/proficiency of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle) and Business Intelligence area. /p /lilipUnderstanding of design and development tools, SDLC methodologies and techniques, preferred /p /lilipCuriosity and analytical mindset – ability to ask the right questions and propose solutions.
