We are looking for a motivated and skilled Support Engineer to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT managers or end users providing high‑quality support and acting as a key representative for their needs. You will be responsible for quickly and accurately recording user issues and handling both 1st and 2nd level support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient 1st and 2nd level support, resolving issues and managing requests
* Assist in managing user and computer accounts, including account creation, workstation setups, and access rights allocation
* Provide application administration and support, ensuring smooth IT operations for end users
Requirements:
* Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems
* Familiarity with other technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange Server, M365, Azure and Network
* Fluent in both German and English
* Driving licence Cat. B
