Responsibilities
1. Lead process industrialization as a core team member in product creation projects representing the production processes
2. Collaborate with Lead Supply Chain, Lead Equipment, Quality, IT, and Operations
3. Define process requirements and architectural drivers to guide product engineering
4. Design and optimize process flows for global production setup
5. Create technical line layout in collaboration with all stakeholders
6. Own the implementation and validation of manufacturing processes across global sites.
7. Estimate production process cost.
8. Responsible for manufacturing BOM and bill of processes (BOP)
Profile
9. Completed studies in the field of engineering (production, electrical, mechanical or similar)
10. Experience in Process Engineering role or similar
11. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tools
12. Knowledge with PFMEA is a benefit
13. Very good communicator
14. Fluent in German and English
