As a Senior Account Executive - Swiss Market, you will lead new business acquisition and build strong relationships with key clients in Switzerland’s wealth management ecosystem. You will be instrumental in expanding our presence and driving revenue growth in one of Europe’s most critical markets.
What you’ll do
Identify and acquire new clients in the Swiss financial sector, focusing on wealth managers, banks, and asset managers.
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract close.
Position Performativ's offerings through a consultative approach tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver seamless client solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments in Switzerland.
Develop long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Provide feedback from the market to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or wealth management.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in new business acquisition.
Deep understanding of the Swiss financial services market and client landscape.
Experience selling to asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors is highly valued.
Fluency in English and German; French or Italian is a plus.
Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating enterprise sales.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, scaleup environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
